PrecisionGuard provides custom dental mouthguards and related products. All products are intended for protective use during athletic or recreational activities. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that any dental impressions, digital scans, or submitted information are accurate and suitable for manufacturing your custom product.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product availability issues. Pricing is listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved payment methods. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Because PrecisionGuard products are custom-made based on individual dental impressions or scans, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for improper impressions, inaccurate scans, or fit issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

You understand that our products are not medical devices intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. PrecisionGuard mouthguards are protective devices only. You assume full responsibility for proper use of the product. PrecisionGuard, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper fitting, modification, or failure to follow provided instructions.

By using this Site, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

All content on this Site, including logos, branding, product designs, text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials, is the property of PrecisionGuard, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, video, or other content, you grant PrecisionGuard, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PrecisionGuard, LLC is not responsible for message delays or delivery failures caused by mobile carriers or third-party service providers. Participation in SMS messaging is subject to your mobile carrier’s terms and conditions.
