Each mouthguard is developed with guidance from orthodontist Dr. Andrew Kragor, ensuring the final product meets high standards for protection, comfort, and durability.
Step 1: Order Your Custom Mouthguard Kit
Start by placing your order online.
After ordering, you will receive a PrecisionGuard dental impression kit delivered directly to your door. The kit contains everything you need to create accurate impressions of your teeth.
The instructions in the kit will guide you through the impression process.
Step 2: Create Your Dental Impressions
Using the materials provided in your kit, you will create 2–3 dental impressions to ensure we capture the most accurate model of your bite.
Once completed:
Place the impressions in the provided bags
Insert them back into the original kit box
Attach the pre-paid shipping label
Send the package back to PrecisionGuard
This ensures your impressions arrive safely for processing.
Step 3: Custom Fabrication Process
Once your impressions arrive at PrecisionGuard, they go through a professional fabrication process.
Your impressions are:

Your custom sports mouthguard is then fabricated using high-performance materials designed for impact protection.
After fabrication, the mouthguard is sanitized again, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Processing time is typically 7–10 days.

Your finished mouthguard is shipped directly back to you.
Once received, your custom sports mouthguard is ready for training and competition.
